When my mother and her parents passed away, they left behind an amazing piece of unique American history in the form of a scrapbook chronicling major achievements throughout my grandfather’s life including letters sent home during his time served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, details of his travels with the Navy reserves after the war and some highlights of his long work history as a mechanic/parts manager in Palm Beach, Florida.
