Welcome Two Rivers Community School Parents!
Hello Two Rivers Parents,
My name is Dawn and I am thrilled to be photographing your student(s) for Two Rivers Community School this year. We plan to hold two school portrait photoshoots; the first during the fall near the end of October and the second in the spring (date TBD).
Due to class activity scheduling, we will be holding the fall photoshoot on two separate days. Kindergarten through fourth grade class students will have their photos taken on Friday, October 25th. Fifth through eighth grade class students will have their photos taken on Friday, November 1st. For the first photo session(s) on Oct.25th and Nov. 1st, I will be taking student portraits against backdrops to capture photos for the yearbook.
On photoshoot day, I plan to spend a few minutes with each child taking a variety of posed photos against an assortment of backdrops and it is my goal to provide lively, unique and fun settings to help capture your child’s individual personality during their picture time.
During the Spring session, I will be planning an outdoor shoot (weather permitting) as well as designing other solutions to keep backdrops fresh and new each time. It has always been my desire to capture unique portraiture of students utilizing the beautiful natural backgrounds which are so plentiful around school campus and I hope you are delighted with the results. In addition to basic photographic print choices when ordering, you can now choose amongst a wider range of products including canvases, keychains, coffee mugs, ornaments, mousepads and more.
The week following your child’s photoshoot date, please look for an access code card in your child’s Wednesday folder which will provide more information about accessing your child’s school portraits. This information sheet will contain your child’s name, your child’s grade, my contact information and an access code, unique to your child, which can be used to login online to view proofs and order photographic prints of your child(ren). I am also offering a 10% discount for all early bird orders.
After logging in using your child’s unique access code, you will be directed to my studio’s online shop at GotPhoto.com, the service I use to handle ordering and delivery of high-quality photo products and prints. From there, you can choose from a number of package selections, digital downloads, individual prints and photo products are available for you to purchase. GotPhoto contracts with several national print labs and Ark-La-Tex is the chosen photography lab to fulfill this years prints.
The order deadline for free shipping is set for Sunday, November 24th and you can expect to receive reminders when this date approaches. Once all the print selections have been reviewed by myself personally, all orders will be sent to print and all deadline orders will be delivered in your child’s Wednesday folders before the December holidays. You can also choose to pay shipping if you would like to receive your order at your home instead. Orders will be accepted after the deadline date, however shipping charges will be included for delivery to your home and there are no guarantees on delivery date of any orders placed after the deadline.
